Welcome to our Family Visitation Program. To get started, please follow the instructions below.
Here’s a brief explanation of the process:
- Both parties will need to agree to participate in the program and sign the required documents.
- A phone interview will be conducted with each parent/guardian to gather additional information and clarify any questions or concerns.
- Once the program services are confirmed, a start date will be determined.
- The link for access will be in effect for one month, and it will need to be renewed if continued service is desired.

- Policies and Procedures: This document outlines the rules and regulations of the program, including guidelines for behavior during the visit, expectations for the visiting parent/guardian, and procedures for handling emergencies or conflicts.
- Terms and Conditions: This document explains the terms of the program, including the fees, payment schedule, and cancellation policy.
- Fee Schedule: This document provides a detailed breakdown of the fees associated with the program, including hourly rates and additional charges for extra services or late payments.
- Services Offered: This document describes the different services offered by the program, including supervised visitation, monitored exchange of the child between parents/guardians, and virtual visitation (if approved by the court).
- Role of Family Access Supervisor
- All forms required for the program will be provided electronically and must be signed online. Please note that printed forms will not be accepted.
- The role of the supervisor will be explained, and both parties will need to sign to acknowledge their understanding of this role.
- Our fee schedule will be explained and both parties will need to sign even if only one party is responsible for payment.
